The Indirect Purchasing Specialist is responsible for managing the procurement of non-production goods and services required to support the company's operations, including office supplies, maintenance and repair services, marketing materials, IT equipment, and professional services. This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple suppliers and contracts effectively.

Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
? Execute procurement strategies defined by the respective Global Category Director 執(zhí)行各自全球品類總監(jiān)制定的采購策略
? Conduct purchasing of indirect components independently (all indirect materials and services) 獨(dú)立進(jìn)行間接組件的采購(所有間接材料和服務(wù))

? Support contract developments to ensure consistent commercial terms and conditions 支持合同開發(fā),確保一致的商業(yè)條款和條件

? Support cost reduction activities 支持成本削減活動

Qualifications 任職資格
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,供應(yīng)鏈管理等相關(guān)專業(yè)。
Minimum of 3 years of experience in indirect procurement or a related role. 3年以上采購或相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗。
Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 較強(qiáng)的談判、分析和解決問題的能力。
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 熟練掌握辦公軟件。
Experience with procurement software and ERP systems is preferred. 具有采購軟件和ERP系統(tǒng)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
