ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · Local government contacts. · Greeting inter-company visitors and external customers, arrange the accommodation and agenda. · Plant level workshop, activities arrangement. · Manage plant director's schedule as calendar setting, travel plan and expense claims. · Understand the business & processes of the plant operation. · Manage the documents which should be approved by the plant director and pre assessed. · Attend the meetings on behalf of the plant director when his meeting times overlap, record and report afterwards. · Standardize monthly process review presentation for each dept. before reporting to the plant director. · Collect each dept’s actual production costs, headcount and release report to dept. heads; keep tracking the trend and analysis the deviations, report to plant manager. · Estimate future production costs & headcount trend to support the plant director to plan actions in advance. · Prepare reports, presentations, excels and all needed documents for the plant director. · Participant and support operations annual budget planning. · Organize the internal department process review meeting for dept. heads and plant director, record meeting minutes and follow up the actions. · Follow up the assigned tasks from the plant director to related dept. heads, summarize the feedback and report on time. · Other tasks from the plant director. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor’s degree or above. · Good English skills, English is workable, and proficient in oral communication. · Excellent coordination skills enable one to distinguish between urgent and important matters as well as to make proper time arrangements. · Data collection and analysis summarization capabilities · Excellent analytical skills, proficient in using various data analysis tools, and capable of summarizing and outputting reports.
