About The Team The team is in the function of Supplier Supplier Quality & Development and will be in charge of all tasks that are accountable for selecting, qualifying, and developing Supplier relations, Supplier services and products, and the related processes. What you can look forward to as an Intern SDE? ● Assist in the regular checking of Supplier performance data, help to complete checking summary reports including but not limited to PPAP on time Ratio, Safe launch part Quality, PPM, Supplier Impact Rate etc. ● Assist in summarizing abnormal issues and following up on the implementation progress of corrective and preventive measures with responsible SDEs and/or cross-functional team. ● Assist in the regular tracking of Employee management data, and learn Supplier Development Engineering job related knowledge, processes and tools through daily work. Your profile as an Intern SDE: ● Good communication skills in both English and Chinese and has a team collaboration spirit. ● Has a passion for quality work in the auto parts industry, and can learn related knowledge of quality. ● Basic Knowledge and operation skill set of Microsoft Office Suite, like Office, Excel, and PPT. ● High independence, being active in fulfilling the task and moving things forward, could understand and follow up tasks to comply with the ZF quality policies and to continuously improve work processes.
