Understand the design change from build to build, foresee the impacts and work out the mitigation plan. Also, expect to manage the RCB with clear interception plan. 5. Reporting ? Consolidate all the critical information and generate the effective PD build report to PD and cross function teams with highlighting the issues and help needed.
