We are looking forward to Design Quality Engineer in Eaton’s electrical business, based in Shenzhen, China. This exciting role offers opportunity to:
- Manage the technical review meeting in new product development process, lead experts to recognize the design risk, shorten the TTM and saving the cost; 管理新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的技術(shù)評審會議，帶領(lǐng)專家識別設(shè)計風(fēng)險，縮短TTM，節(jié)約成本；
- Evaluate DFSS tool application in NPD and drive the toop application effective and quality improvement; 評估DFSS工具在NPD中的應(yīng)用，并推動toop應(yīng)用的有效性和質(zhì)量改進；
- Grasp the international/GB standard content, grasp the design guide and test guide requirements, monitor the new trend and make sure product can fully comply the standard; 掌握國際/GB標準內(nèi)容，掌握設(shè)計指南和測試指南要求，監(jiān)控新趨勢，確保產(chǎn)品完全符合標準；
- Plan improvement proposal to improve design quality through acknowledge the application environment, lesson learned etc.; 通過了解應(yīng)用環(huán)境、經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)等，制定改進方案，提高設(shè)計質(zhì)量；
- Analyze application environment. Assess validation method to improve process and tools; 分析應(yīng)用環(huán)境。評估驗證方法，以改進流程和工具；
- Approval design verification and validation report during the product development stages; 批準產(chǎn)品開發(fā)階段的設(shè)計驗證和確認報告；
- Requires the ability to Identify quality issues which could negatively impact program deliverables and initiates appropriate corrective action; 需要能夠識別可能對項目交付成果產(chǎn)生負面影響的質(zhì)量問題，并采取適當?shù)募m正措施；
- Analyze the design and validate process, perfect the design process and test method suitable and feasible. 分析設(shè)計和驗證過程，完善適合可行的設(shè)計程序和測試方法。
- Bachelor in Electrical related expertise；電氣相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)士學(xué)位
- 5 years experiences in hardware design engineer, system engineer, design quality control engineer; 5年硬件設(shè)計工程師、系統(tǒng)工程師、設(shè)計質(zhì)量控制工程師經(jīng)驗；
- Experience with New product introductions at global contract manufactures；有在全球推出新產(chǎn)品的經(jīng)驗；
- Technical background, experience in engineering for power products preferred；技術(shù)背景，有電力產(chǎn)品工程經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
- Effective oral and written communication skills；有效的口頭和書面溝通技巧；
