- Perform hand-on sample preparation for the analysis of selected in vivo study and in vitro assay samples using LC-MS/MS to support small molecule and large molecule discovery programs. - Perform hand-on sample analysis to profile in-house and competitor compounds. - Perform method development and qualification to ensure successful method transfer to CROs for bioanalysis-related activities. - Perform data analysis and compile method development and sample analysis results. Write study report as needed. - Conduct hand-on troubleshooting for bioanalytical issues. - Other duties as assigned Qualification and Experience 能力與經(jīng)驗 Education/Qualifications教育程度/所獲資格證書 - An individual with bachelor or master degree in life science with 0-5 years of working experience. Key Skill / Knowledge Requirements - Hand-on experience of bio-sample preparation including plasma, serum, cerebrospinal fluid and tissues. - Training and/or experience with LC-MS/MS is required. - Training and/or experience with ELISA is a plus. - Comfortable to work in a bilingual (English and Chinese) work environment. - Strong organizational, communicational skills and ability to multi-tasking. - Self-motivated and engaged learner. - Experience and knowledge of GxP and regulatory guidance are optional.
