Job Responsibilities:
1.Training Phase (Months 0-12):
Learn and participate in the full-process production operations of cable accessories. Master the technical parameters of cable accessory products of varying voltage grades and the implementation specifications of the ISO 9001 quality management system in the workshop. Proficiently acquire theoretical and practical skills in cable accessory installation.
2.Overseas Assignment Phase (Post-24 Months):
Primarily responsible for the African region, overseeing the construction supervision of overseas projects. Develop training programs for domestic and overseas employees to enhance their overseas work capabilities.
Qualifications:
1.?Education:?
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Power Cable Technology/Electrical Engineering/Materials Science or related fields.
-Recent graduates preferred;
-Expats preferred (overseas experience required).
2.Communication and Collaboration:
Strong coordination skills with demonstrated cross-cultural communication expertise and teamwork ethos?.
3.Learning Ability:
