Qualifications: 1. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, shipping, or marketing is required, indicating a need for a strong understanding of business principles and practices, as well as specific knowledge in the shipping industry. 2. At least 3 years of maritime experience is preferred, with additional value placed on experience in to-wage, port agency, or offshore services, demonstrating a practical understanding of the industry. 3. Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential for effective communication with international and local partners. 4. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
