工作地點(diǎn): 寧德優(yōu)先,如在福州廈門等,愿意出差寧德,也可考慮。
Overview: Conduct sales and marketing activities, and develop customer relationships / New development projects with the objectives of achieving sales target, increasing market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibility: - Sales Activities: 1. Propose and implement annual sales plan ( target, billing target, market share, product portfolio expansion, new project etc.) on the dedicated key accounts; conduct analysis to identify customer needs and content per car increase 2. Promote products to customers based on their enquiries and requirements to earn sales orders; convince customers to accept contract trade terms, pricing and obtain change approval from Key Account Manager and Sales manager in order to achieve billing targets and increase market share. 3. Create and maintain relationship with existing customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales. 4. Take care of the offer and negotiation with customer. 5. Reach the defined project target (quality, capacity, timing, cost). 6. Solve problems and work on profit improvement, handle technical changes. - Marketing Activities 1. Maintain general market awareness; gather customers and competitor information; learn and study market trends; and prepare reports in order to increase market share and develop expansion plan. 2. Coordinate with Marcom to organize marketing events and send catalogues and promotion materials to customers in order to promote Auto products and corporate branding. 3. Customer Relationship Development and Maintenance. Create and maintain relationship with existing and new customers; coordinate communications between customer and internal departments in order to maintain customer satisfaction and develop new sales. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor in Engineering. 2. 6+ years sales experience in auto industry, position in account manager or CQE or FAE or PM or Product engineer. 3. Good command of English. 4. Communication and influencing skills, integrity, sense of responsibility, proactive, learning capabilities. 5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. 客戶經(jīng)理 - 家電(珠海) Responsibilities ◆ Customer relationship management and demand creation ◆ Strategic account planning, in line with the overall company and business unit goals ◆ Stay in close direct contact (visits, email, phone) with the customer to ensure ongoing support and communication ◆ Promote technologies and product portfolio at the customer ◆ Sell the value propositions of (new) products and services ◆ Detect new opportunities and drive projects through Field Engineer ◆ Engage and coordinate with internal organizations to serve the customer on time in terms of quotations, quality complaints, logistics, technical information, etc. ◆ Conscientious follow up on open issues and opportunities ◆ Gain, correctly interpret and apply research results (markets, competition, technologies, trends) ◆ Prepare and discuss offers and quotations as well as lead price and contract negotiations with customers ◆ Follow up on running opportunities/projects and on financial matters such as cash flow payments, and credit concessions, account receivables ◆ Internal reporting of projects and other business activities ◆ Keep updated in regard to products, technologies, market trends and environmental changes Key Goals & Objectives/Measurements: ◆ Revenue growth, new products revenue growth ◆ Pipeline development and conversion ◆ Market share gain Qualifications ◆ Located at Zhuhai ◆ Degree in electrical engineering ◆ 5 years working experience include at least 1 years working experiences in sales or 2 years working experience in engineering in Appliances industry ◆ Fluent oral and written English ◆ Strong business and financial acumen ◆ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently ◆ Ability to effectively influence others and to facilitate cross functional teams ◆ Proactive, results oriented, flexible, and adaptable.
