Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
- 客戶開(kāi)發(fā):根據(jù)客戶來(lái)源,用相應(yīng)的國(guó)際貿(mào)易術(shù)語(yǔ)解釋通則,在中國(guó)識(shí)別和發(fā)展新的客戶關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)從零到壹的過(guò)程;
Customer Development: Identify and develop new customer
relationships in China , starting from zero contact level and focusing on the
appropriate Incoterms based on customer origin.
- 冷數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理:管理和培育冷數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),通過(guò)銷售渠道挖掘潛在客戶,使其簽訂合同并達(dá)成交易;
Cold Database Management: Manage and nurture cold databases,
guiding prospects through the sales funnel to achieve final status and close
deals.
- 渠道管理:維護(hù)和監(jiān)督強(qiáng)大的銷售渠道,每周進(jìn)行跟進(jìn),以確保進(jìn)展并應(yīng)對(duì)任何挑戰(zhàn)
Pipeline Management: Maintain and oversee a robust sales pipeline,
conducting weekly follow-ups to ensure progress and address any challenges.

Quotation Management: Prepare and manage quotations in a timely
manner, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company capabilities.

Deals Management: Negotiate and manage deals from inception to closure, ensuring
compliance with company policies and customer expectations.
- 合同管理:監(jiān)督合同的準(zhǔn)備和執(zhí)行,確保在整個(gè)項(xiàng)目生命周期內(nèi)滿足并維護(hù)所有條款;
Contracts Management: Oversee the preparation and execution of
contracts, ensuring all terms are met and maintained throughout the project
lifecycle.
- 預(yù)算管理:計(jì)算營(yíng)銷和銷售預(yù)算,確保資源的有效分配,以最大限度地提高投資回報(bào)率;
Budget Management: Handle marketing and sales budget, ensuring
effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- 網(wǎng)絡(luò)社交:代表公司參加商業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、商會(huì)和行業(yè)活動(dòng),建立關(guān)系,提高品牌知名度
Networking: Represent the company at business associations, trade
chambers, and industry events to build relationships and enhance brand
visibility.
- 客戶拜訪:定期拜訪客戶,加強(qiáng)關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)新的增長(zhǎng)機(jī)會(huì)。
Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits to customers to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities for growth.

任職資格
Qualifications:
硬實(shí)力 Hard Skills:
- 至少5年工業(yè)部門銷售和業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development
within the industrial sector.
- 物流或銷售相關(guān)專業(yè)者優(yōu)先;
Educational background focused on Logistics and Sales.
- 對(duì)工業(yè)市場(chǎng)有深入的了解;
Strong knowledge of the industrial market.

Ability to identify and source potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
