JOB SUMMARY
1 Lead and administrate the Workcell’s / Workcells’ Planning organization as the
functional manager’s delegate.

2 Support the Workcell business development effort with current and potential customers/divisions.

processes, initiatives, and strengths to their current and potential customers/divisions.

3 Support the development and implementation of Jabil standard planning strategies and systems in Workcell.

3.1 Ensure the execution of Jabil’s standard planning strategies and systems where
possible, and customized solutions where necessary. Influence customers in order to

4 Lead and support the overall Operations planning objectives.

8.0 PREREQUISITES
8.1 A combination of 8-10 years of related experience in the electronics manufacturing industry; a bachelor’s degree; and 3-5 years of supervisory experience.

9.0 JOB DESCRIPTION
9.1 Upon receipt of properly authorized customer demand, co-ordinate the sizing effort.

9.2 Empower all Workcell planners and coach them to champion and take ownership of the following efforts as related to their needs of the workcell.

9.2.1 Reconcile the Master Production Schedule to customer purchase order coverage
