? High-Level Skills: Provide expertise in routine design, best practices, calibration, and production handshake. 提供常規(guī)設計、高水平的最佳實踐、校準及產(chǎn)品與設備的交互技能。
? Team Leadership: Lead the team to drive and implement downtime KPI improvements. 帶領團隊推動并實施停機時間關鍵績效指標的改進。

PREREQUISITES
? Education: Bachelor's degree (B.S.I.E.) from a 4-year college or university, with at least 8 years of work experience, including 3 years focused on Fluid & Conformal Coating Dispensing processes and equipment maintenance. 四年制學院或大學學士學位(B.S.I.E.),至少8年工作經(jīng)驗,其中3年專注于流體及保形涂層點膠工藝和設備維護。
