Join us as Sales Manager -Animal BioSolutions, China
In this role you'll make an impact by:
●
Lead customer & business partners development to ensure targets in AB and account plans are met
●
Ensure preparation of AB (in the BRM), FFs and provide input to Demand Plan (Supply Chain) and provide inputs the MTP (3-year growth plan) roadmap & implementation plan.
●
Drive Salesforce pipeline execution and enlargement and be able to develop new sales opportunities
●
Manage the price negotiation process to ensure that the pricing policy is followed consistently
●
Ensure adherence to agreed performance management measures within own area of responsibility
●
Drive providing sales, industry insights and competitive data into the global & regional marketing team and collaborate with the regional TS/Marketing team to promote our solution value propositions and execute product launch in selected account/business partner.
●
Be able to drive Key account/channel and ensure sales delivery.
●
Pricing effectiveness and channel balance
●
Partnership of collaborations and customer relationship management
To succeed you must hold:
●
MSc degree or above, 5+ years' functional/technical experience in the industry, preferably experience from a multinational company.
●
Strategic thinking, innovative and customized approach with capability to identify and create new business opportunities.
●
Ability to lead cross-functional teams, strong technical knowledge and industry connections, skilled in presentations.
●
Proactive and execution personality with a can-do attitude.
●
Proven record of working in matrix environment and cross-country collaboration
●
Good customer and channel resources in Southern China (GuangDong Province)
