Join us as Technical Sales Manager - Animal BioSolutions, China In this role you'll make an impact by: Provides technical assistance (enzyme, probiotics portfolio) to Novonesis Sales Organization in China including education, training, and interpretation of research to continually improve knowledge and skill sets. Supports sales team in growing and maintaining monogastric business. Positions key Novonesis products to consulting nutritionists, veterinarians, and feed companies to increase recommendations of branded/private/customized products. Maintains an active list of contacts with monogastric nutritionists, veterinarians, academic thought leaders, and key opinion leaders. Develop, test and technically promote products in animal health. Drive new product launch positioning and innovation project, presenting scientific materials for customer pitch. Contributes critical input and maintains rigorous scientific standards in design, analysis and communication of results from in vitro and in vivo animal trials to key stakeholders. To succeed you must hold: PhD or Master degree within Animal Health and Nutrition 10 years' experience and extensive knowledge in swine & poultry nutrition, technical services, product management, veterinary medicine and feed additives business is preferred Highly experienced in animal production management of biological products in the industry Fluent in English and MNCs working experience is a plus At Novonesis we commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
