Minimum Requirement
? Hands on experience in supporting supply chain system rollout and daily operations, such as testing, issue resolving, root causing, access management, user training
? Solid communication skills with user groups and developers on daily basis
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for system issue troubleshooting
? Logical thinking, focused on details, proven history of identifying root causes to issues with short turnaround time
? Multi-tasking, working under pressure with given deadlines to deliver results
? Advanced documentation skills to create product related documents such as user stories, training materials, bug reports.
? Advanced English communication skills in written format
Preferred Qualifications
? Strong ownership, can proactively lead and follow up till issues are closed
? Past experience in new product/feature design is a strong plus
? Experienced in collecting new user requirement and creating business requirement documents is preferred
? Comfortable to use English as daily working language to communicate with US/India teams in conference calls independently
Responsibilities
? Roughly 60% of time on system support operation such as issue troubleshooting, bug reporting and fix tracking, new system/feature testing
? Roughly 40% of time on new requirement collecting, new system/feature design and mockup
? Facilitate user acceptance testing for new features, bug fix before go live
? Support system onboarding activities including master data setup, account creation , user training, data validation and reporting
? Act as liaison between end users and IT support to facilitate troubleshooting. Explore workaround for the issue as needed.
? Create and maintain comprehensive system and project documents
? Support on new products and features in design phase
