崗位職責(zé) Responsibilities
1、 Customer handle
客戶端協(xié)調(diào)處理
2、NCMR,SDMR,Monthly Statistical Report
不合格處置報(bào)告，來料不良報(bào)告，月度統(tǒng)計(jì)分析報(bào)告
3、Quality System Management
質(zhì)量管理體系
(A) In charge of ISO9001 audit and process improvement
負(fù)責(zé)ISO9001 審核及過程改善
(B) Set up and maintain suppliers performance assessment system
建立并維護(hù)供應(yīng)商評(píng)估系統(tǒng)
(C) Coordinate with suppliers for technical & quality issues
與供應(yīng)商協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)和質(zhì)量問題
(D) Support production in process支持生產(chǎn)
(E) In charge of document and data control functions 負(fù)責(zé)文件和數(shù)據(jù)的控制
(F) Assist in Management Review Meeting協(xié)助管理評(píng)審會(huì)議
(G) Assist in Customer Satisfactory Measures協(xié)助衡量客戶滿意情況
(H) QMS requirements compliance with customers survey & contract
符合客戶要求的質(zhì)量管理體系-調(diào)查和合同
(I) RoHS requirements compliance with customers survey & contract
符合客戶要的RoHS-調(diào)查和合同
4、IQC,Calibraton,Spec filing
來料檢驗(yàn)，校準(zhǔn)，規(guī)格書歸檔
Qualifications：崗位任職要求
1. Education:
? Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
2. Experience:
? At least 3 years of experience , with familiarity in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other quality management system standards.
? Experience in the manufacturing industry (foreign-owned enterprise is preferred).
3. Professional Skills:
? Good oral & written English.
? Proficient in the development and management of quality system documentation.
? Familiar with quality audit processes and techniques, with the ability to conduct internal audits independently.
? Knowledge of quality management tools and methods such as SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plan, Six Sigma.
4. Other Requirements:
? Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with personnel from different departments.
? Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking abilities to quickly identify and resolve quality issues.
? Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism.
