大型工業(yè)設(shè)備MD指令英文能力CE-MD安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估機(jī)械安全認(rèn)證
Job Descriptions:
1. On-site Production facilities safety evaluation / Inspection / Check / Test
according to Machinery safety requirement, national / international standards
(GB, ISO, EN, IEC etc.), for Hardware & Software
根據(jù)機(jī)械安全要求、國(guó)家/國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（GB、ISO、EN、IEC等）對(duì)硬件和設(shè)備進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)設(shè)施安全評(píng)估/檢查/檢驗(yàn)/測(cè)試；軟件
2. Facilitation of production process hazard analysis and risk assessment with
using of the techniques like HAZID, FMEA, BOWTIE, and other methodologies
suggested in EN ISO 12100 & 14121 etc
使用HAZID、FMEA、BOWTIE和EN ISO 12100中建議的其他方法，促進(jìn)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程危害分析和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估；14121等
3. Review of Machine / Production line design documentation, Report Handling.
審查機(jī)器/生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計(jì)文件，報(bào)告處理
4. Compliance audit of the production according to Audit and assessment of the
existing Safety Management System (SMS) of the client.
根據(jù)客戶現(xiàn)有安全管理體系（SMS）的審計(jì)和評(píng)估對(duì)生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行合規(guī)性審計(jì)
5. Technical consulting in order to solve the raised up problem identified in
item 1 & 2
技術(shù)咨詢，以解決第1項(xiàng)和第2項(xiàng)中提出的問(wèn)題
6. Technical training to the client
對(duì)客戶進(jìn)行技術(shù)培訓(xùn)
7. Comprehensive safety risk management system implementation / optimization
（restructure of SMS, composition of key Procedure document, work instruction
etc）
全面安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系實(shí)施/優(yōu)化（SMS重組、關(guān)鍵程序文件組成、工作指導(dǎo)書等）
8. Consulting for improvement of equipment / production facility safety
integrity
設(shè)備/生產(chǎn)設(shè)施安全完整性改進(jìn)咨詢
9. Emergency response plan management
應(yīng)急預(yù)案管理
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering,
Mechatronics, Safety Engineering or similar
機(jī)械工程、電氣工程、機(jī)電一體化、安全工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科或碩士學(xué)位
2. 7 + years of experience (Bachelor), or 5 + years of experience (master)
7年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)（本科），或5年以上工作經(jīng)歷（碩士）
3. Good command of technical English; at least CET 6 or equal
熟練掌握技術(shù)英語(yǔ)；至少CET 6或同等水平
4. Experiences in Electronic, SEMI, Li-ion Battery, Automotive, or TIC
industries
電子、SEMI、鋰離子電池、汽車或TIC行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
5. Machinery Functional Safety Engineer qualification would be a plus
具備機(jī)械功能安全工程師資格者優(yōu)先
6. Experience in PLC program / software development would be a plus
有PLC程序/軟件開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
