檢測/認(rèn)證汽車零部件汽車研發(fā)/制造
Job Descriptions:
1. Achieving auto testing/certification sales target, including:
汽車產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證測試服務(wù)銷售目標(biāo)達(dá)成，其中包括：
1) Respond and follow client’s enquiry
跟進(jìn)客戶的問詢
2) Searching and dig out potential clients and promote service
搜尋并挖掘潛在客戶，并向潛在客戶推薦公司業(yè)務(wù)
3) Visit client, maintain customer relationship and dig out potential business opportunity
拜訪客戶，維護(hù)業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系，并挖掘潛在機(jī)會(huì)
4) Prepare agreement and quotation, keep good billing and client’s payment
準(zhǔn)備協(xié)議和報(bào)價(jià)，良好的賬單和客戶的回款
5) Collaborate with technical team to promote the success ratio of enquiry, satisfaction of project delivery
與項(xiàng)目技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)保持良好溝通，提高詢價(jià)的成功率，項(xiàng)目交付的滿意度
2. Business Development
業(yè)務(wù)拓展：
Promote new service, learning, find sales opportunity
新服務(wù)的推進(jìn)，學(xué)習(xí)，尋找銷售線索
3. Sales operation and support
銷售運(yùn)營與支持：
1) Obey company sales policy
遵循公司銷售政策
2) Conduct business analysis, competitor survey
進(jìn)行市場信息分析，競爭對(duì)手分析
3) Attend Marketing activity e.g. Seminar, Exhibition
參加市場活動(dòng)，包括但不限于研討會(huì)，展會(huì)等
4) Sales report, sales document, sales systems data
銷售報(bào)表，銷售文件，銷售系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)處理
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上學(xué)歷
2. Sales experiences, auto industry or TIC experience is preferred.
銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有汽車行業(yè)或檢測認(rèn)證行業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
3. Good communication skill, presentation skill, flexibility and negotiation ability.
良好的人際溝通能力，表達(dá)能力，應(yīng)變能力和談判能力
4. Strong logical thinking, well-organized, multi-thread working ability.
邏輯思維能力強(qiáng)，條理清晰，多線程業(yè)務(wù)工作能力
5. Good team work spirit and customer oriented.
良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神和服務(wù)態(tài)度
6. Basic English reading and writing ability.
基礎(chǔ)的英文讀寫能力
7. Willing to travel frequently.
愿意經(jīng)常出差
