JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) HOS Distribution management: working closely
with hospital channel, assist business manager to achieve the distribution
target and map/segment all the potential doors in the market and help hospital
achieve yearly sales target.
2) Marketing calendar: focus on developing tailor
made activities plan for hospital clients (both sell-in and sell-out promotion)
together with sales team, business managers and the clients to achieve the
short-term strategy and goal set in each quarter
3) Luxottica Days: co-develop the buying package
with the sales team and business managers so as to achieve the distribution and
sell-in target for each Luxottica Days
4) Client relationship management: visit to the
clients regularly to ensure the VM plan is well implemented as well as
collect/address the feedback from clients
5) Visual Merchandising: support/ provide VM
solutions to KA clients with trying the best effort to adopt the brand
guideline
6) Budget plan and control: align the allocation/
usage of budget with brand managers in order to drive the highest return on the
investment and achieve specific business objectives
7) Market intelligence: conduct regular market
research on the competitiveness of our brands in the market (primarily
visibility index and facing index), as well as the business trend of the
competitor brands

adhoc brand activities assigned by manager
- AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
1) Regional TMKT resource management & result tracking
2) Window contact of brands execution to HQ & external entities
3) Payment arrangements, tracking PR & PO status
4) Any new adhoc project
TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE
1) Experience: 2+ years working experience, past experience in Retail or TMKT is highlypreferred
2) Knowledge: Excellent MS Office (PowerPoint,
Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
3) Language Skill: Good written and spoken English
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Educational Background: University or above
LANGUAGES:
Proficiency in both written and verbal English
