YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver annual financial target.
- Independently manage and cooperate with Strategic Channel Partners (SCPs), drive commercial policy as well as track business progress.
- Independently manage the network and relationship of Bayer Strategic Retailers (BSRs) and serve mega growers.
- Independently drive demand generation plan and execution.
- Independently develop and drive business plan, forecast consumption progress accurately in a timely manner, map out business upside and downside as well as take proactive actions.
- Manage individual T&E and P&I plan and execution as well.
- Report complaint in time and support investigation on the complaint.

- 獨(dú)立管理且與戰(zhàn)略渠道伙伴(SCPs)合作,落實(shí)商務(wù)政策并跟進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)展。
- 獨(dú)立管理拜耳戰(zhàn)略零售商(BSRs)網(wǎng)絡(luò),并為大型種植者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)。
- 獨(dú)立落實(shí)需求拉動(dòng)工作的計(jì)劃與執(zhí)行。
- 獨(dú)立開發(fā)并落實(shí)商業(yè)計(jì)劃,及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)消耗進(jìn)展,規(guī)劃業(yè)務(wù)機(jī)會(huì)和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并主動(dòng)采取行動(dòng)。
- 管理個(gè)人差旅及宣傳推廣費(fèi)用的計(jì)劃與執(zhí)行。
- 及時(shí)報(bào)告投訴事件并協(xié)助相關(guān)調(diào)查工作。
WHO YOU ARE
- Education: Bachelor degree in agriculture or business
- Skill: Communication, presentation, knowledge on crop protection & negotiation
- Experience: 3 years relevant
- Personal characteristic: Be positive, willing to win and deliver results as well as travel frequently
