主要工作職責(zé)及任務(wù)Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
1) 遵守Sandvik所有EHS政策和程序。
Adhere to all Sandvik EHS policies and procedures.
2) 支持EHS領(lǐng)導(dǎo)承諾力和EHS活動(dòng)。
Support for EHS Leadership Commitment and EHS activities.
3) 協(xié)助領(lǐng)導(dǎo)維護(hù)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,促進(jìn)工作環(huán)境中的和諧關(guān)系;處理好員工關(guān)系,加強(qiáng)與管理層和員工的溝通渠道,通過一系列活動(dòng)提高員工滿意度。
Assistant to leader to maintain teamwork and promote harmonious relationship in the work environment; to deal with the employee relationship and enhance communication channel with management and staff, improve employee satisfaction via a series of activities.
4) 負(fù)責(zé)編制各項(xiàng)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表的分析和報(bào)告,月、季、年度財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告及上傳。
Preparing the analysis reporting of financial statements, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and upload to related system.
5) 負(fù)責(zé)預(yù)測(cè)和預(yù)算編制。
Responsible for forecasting and budgeting.
6) 對(duì)實(shí)際結(jié)果、預(yù)測(cè)和目標(biāo)進(jìn)行跟蹤、分析,并做出明確解釋和評(píng)論。
Follow up, analysis and clear explanations and comments regarding actual results, forecasts and targets.
7) 支持盈利能力分析。
Support profitability analysis.
8) 準(zhǔn)備和驗(yàn)證業(yè)務(wù)案例和投資建議。
Preparation and validation of business cases and investment proposals.
9) 提高報(bào)告和預(yù)測(cè)的準(zhǔn)確性。
Driver of improvements in both reporting and forecasting accuracy.
10) 及時(shí)報(bào)告預(yù)警、實(shí)際、預(yù)測(cè)和目標(biāo)結(jié)果。
On time reporting of early warning, actual, forecast and target results.
11) 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)成本核算、銷售產(chǎn)品報(bào)價(jià)。
Responsible for production cost accounting, sales product quotation.
12) 支持績效管理流程,包括關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)的制定和實(shí)施。
Support Performance Management process, including KPI development and implementation.
13) 推動(dòng)凈周轉(zhuǎn)資金效率和整體業(yè)務(wù)績效的提高。
Driver Net Working Capital efficiency and overall business performance.
14) 為業(yè)務(wù)控制內(nèi)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作方式提供工具。
Provide tools for a standardized way of working within Business Control.
15) 為日常運(yùn)營中的財(cái)務(wù) IT 工具提供行政支持。
Provide administration support of Finance IT tools in day-to-day operations.
16) 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一個(gè)專家團(tuán)隊(duì),與當(dāng)?shù)刎?cái)務(wù)部門和部門業(yè)務(wù)控制密切合作。
Lead a team of one expert, cooperate closely with local finance department and Divisional Business Control.
17) 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并支持企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)(Navision)的推出。
Lead and support roll out of ERP System (Navision).
18) 負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)和更新與控制和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)成本計(jì)算有關(guān)的 ERP 系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)。
Responsible for maintaining and updating of ERP system data, related to controlling and standard costing.
19) 確定、實(shí)施并不斷改進(jìn)本地控制結(jié)構(gòu),與部門和公司部門保持一致。
Define, implement and continuously improve local controlling structures in alignment with division and corporate departments.
20) PU 經(jīng)理的業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴,負(fù)責(zé) Rocbolt Technology 中國(濟(jì)寧)的商務(wù)工作。
Business partner for PU Manager and commercial responsibility for Rocbolt Technology China (Jining).
21) 部門管理層和分部管理層在所有業(yè)務(wù)控制事宜上的第一聯(lián)系人。
First contact partner for divisional management and segment management on all business control matters.
22) 協(xié)調(diào)并確保內(nèi)部控制。
Coordinate and ensure internal controls.
23) 與工廠經(jīng)理、當(dāng)?shù)貥I(yè)務(wù)和會(huì)計(jì)、事業(yè)部和分部經(jīng)理保持良好的內(nèi)部關(guān)系。
Internal Relationship: PU Manager, local operations and accounting, divisional and segmental manager.
24) 與外審人員保持良好的外部關(guān)系。
External Relationship: External Auditors.
25) 協(xié)調(diào)并對(duì)接Sandvik內(nèi)部審計(jì)活動(dòng)。
Coordinate Sandvik internal audit activities.
26) 供應(yīng)商和客戶的合規(guī)管理及篩查。
Supplier and customer compliance management and screening.
27) 及時(shí)關(guān)注并推行集團(tuán)總部各項(xiàng)政策。
Focus on and conduct Sandvik policies in time.
28) 合規(guī)系統(tǒng)的跟蹤和維護(hù)。
Compliance house tracking.
知識(shí)及經(jīng)驗(yàn)Experience & Knowledge:
1) Profound experience with production/manufacturing costing control / production performance measurement, basic understanding of lean manufacturing principles is an asset.
在生產(chǎn)/制造成本控制/生產(chǎn)績效衡量方面有豐富經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)精益生產(chǎn)原則有基本了解者優(yōu)先。
2) Investment calculation.
投資計(jì)算。
3) First experience in structuring controlling systems and having already participated in ERP Roll outs on Business User Department end is of advantage.
具有構(gòu)建控制系統(tǒng)的第一手經(jīng)驗(yàn),參與過企業(yè)用戶部門的 ERP 系統(tǒng)推廣工作者優(yōu)先。
4) First management experience as a project or team leader is helpful

Willingness to travel to be onsite in Jining min 3 day per week.
