10.定期向公司反饋客戶需求和市場趨勢,推動產品和服務的持續(xù)改進。
人員要求:
1.本科及以上學歷,真空、半導體、機械工程、材料科學等相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2.5年以上半導體行業(yè)工作經驗或泛半導體行業(yè)工作經驗,具備大客戶管理經驗。
3.熟悉真空技術及其在半導體領域的應用。
4.熟悉半導體前道制程以及CVD,PVD工藝。
5.有半導體設備或零部件銷售經驗,有半導體OEM或Fab廠資源更佳。
6.具備良好的溝通能力和商務談判技巧。
7.熟練使用辦公軟件,如Word、Excel、PPT等。
8.能夠獨立撰寫項目報告。
9.具備較強的市場洞察力和問題解決能力。
10.良好的團隊合作精神和抗壓能力。

Job Title: KAM Key Account Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the development and maintenance of key accounts in the semiconductor industry, establishing long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
2.Conduct regular customer visits, gather feedback, promptly resolve customer issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
3.Organize customer training and technical exchange activities to improve clients' understanding of the company's products and services.
4.Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
5.Identify potential customer needs, explore new market opportunities, and increase the company's market share.
6.Engage in commercial negotiations with clients, formulate quotation proposals, and facilitate the finalization of cooperative projects.
7.Oversee end-to-end management of customer projects, coordinate internal resources, and ensure on-time project delivery.
8.Monitor project execution, promptly address issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
9.Collect and analyze target market trends and competitor intelligence to support product R&D and market strategy adjustments.
10.Regularly report customer needs and market trends to the company, driving continuous improvement in products and services.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Vacuum Technology, Semiconductor, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
2.Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or related industries, with proven experience in key account management.
3.Familiarity with vacuum technology and its applications in the semiconductor field.
4.Knowledge of semiconductor front-end processes, including CVD and PVD technologies.
5.Experience in semiconductor equipment or component sales, with resources in semiconductor OEM or Fab plants being preferred.
6.Strong communication and commercial negotiation skills.
7.Proficiency in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT).
8.Ability to independently prepare project reports.
9.Strong market insight and problem-solving capabilities.
10.Excellent teamwork spirit and resilience under pressure.
11.Willingness to travel as required.
