Main Tasks:
- Achieves profitable SAP (Super Absorbent Polymer) sales in assigned accounts in Fujian province, and develop and implement sales plans to realize sales targets based on margin, price, volume and other required KPIs
- Key account management and develop potential key customers in Fujian and act as technical support to SAP sales team
- Scout for new business opportunities and develop business cases that result to profitable projects, eg, export, new application in Fujian province
- Contribute to market intelligence and competition analysis and provide timely and accurate sales forecast to support effective sales planning
- Prepares business reports (e.g. weekly report, monthly report), as well as customer visiting report, with effective communication with relevant internal stakeholders
- Supports supervisor for business decision on product positioning, pricing, dealing with competition, new business direction, etc.
- Ensures full compliance to all relevant EHS and Legal policies and guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Chemical, Hygiene-related majors or Business
- 4 years’ experience in chemical sales or technical service; Hygiene technical service & account management preferred
- Knows Fujian/China Hygiene customers and have a good net-work in Fujian diaper industry
- Commercial and technical knowledge in SAP & Hygiene
- Good communication skills both in English and Chinese (Minnan dialect preferred)
