Business Line Overview
The KPMG IT audit services team evaluates the reliability of IT systems, ensuring compliance in business processes, safeguarding data assets, and effectively managing risks. We provide comprehensive IT risk audit and assurance services to help enterprises maintain a secure, efficient, and compliant technological environment in the digital age.
Key Responsibilities
1. Information Systems and Data Analytics Audits
o Conduct audits of enterprise information systems to assess the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of system controls. Identify control gaps and potential risks, and provide improvement recommendations to enhance system availability and compliance.
o Effectively leverage data analytics techniques (e.g., SQL/Python tools) to perform full-scale verification of transactions.
2. Health Checks and Information System Reviews
o Provide health checks and auxiliary reviews of information systems for Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). Identify and evaluate risks related to applications, data management, and business continuity.
o Support validation of revenue, costs, and related transactions that rely on information systems, and deliver assessment reports and recommendations.
3. Service Organization Control (SOC) Attestation
o Offer SOC attestation services to service organizations, confirming the effectiveness of their IT systems and internal control measures and processes. Ensure the objectivity and reliability of the evaluation process.
Hiring Requirements:
? IT Audit Experience,preferably in Big 4
? Relevant certificates preferred(eg. CISA, CISP, CIA, CPA, ACCA, etc.)
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? A sense of responsibility, teamwork spirit, attention to detail, and patience.
? Problem-solving skills, innovative mindset, and ability to manage work pressure.
