Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot equipment failures - 2. TPM / PM systematic management and implementation - 3. Failure analysis and quick trouble shooting - 4. Implement effective RCA to improve maintenance operation - 5. Set up effective KPI's to develop maintenance performance - 6. Improve equipment availability - 7. Improve production efficiency by optimizing equipment operation - 8. Maintenance technical support - 9. Effective equipment / facility investment project management - 10. Optimize spare parts management - 1. Major in electrical engineering, electrical automation with bachelor above - 2. More than 5 years in Mechanical maintenance and engineering area in plant. - 3. Very good electrical safety sense and full understand on electrical safety rules, AUTOCAD, PLC (Mitsubishi; Siemens), FANUC CNC - 4. Strong project plan and implement capability - 5.
