1. 創(chuàng)建和跟蹤采購訂單,協(xié)調(diào)交貨問題,確保按時交貨。
Create and follow up purchase order, coordinate delivery issue to insure delivery on time.
2. 確保與客戶需求數(shù)據(jù)相關(guān)的主數(shù)據(jù)的質(zhì)量。
Ensure quality of master data related to Customer Requirement Data.
3. 創(chuàng)建、收集和分析銷售預(yù)測
Create, Collect, and analyze the Sales forecasts.
4. 向供應(yīng)商提供3個月的滾動預(yù)測,并根據(jù)實際訂單修改預(yù)測,以便供應(yīng)商制定良好的采購和生產(chǎn)計劃,以滿足采購訂單的要求.
Provide 3 month rolling forecast to suppliers and modify forecast base on the real orders, so supplier make a good purchase and production plan to meet purchase order request.
5. 制定庫存策略,優(yōu)化庫存參數(shù),確保庫存水平良好。
Establish stock strategy and optimize parameter to make sure a good stock level.
6. 制定新產(chǎn)品的初始庫存計劃,確保舊產(chǎn)品的庫存控制。
Establish initial stock plan for new products, and make sure old products inventory controlled.
7. 良好的溝通技巧,并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)跨職能供應(yīng)鏈的改進(jìn)項目
Good communication skills, and lead improvement project for the Cross-Function supply chain.
崗位要求:
1. 在供應(yīng)鏈管理方面具有潛力,能夠解決從上游到下游的端到端問題,包括物料計劃-供應(yīng)計劃-生產(chǎn)計劃。
Show great potential in supply chain management, able to solve end-to-end issue, from upstream to downstream, including material planning—supply planning—production planning.
2. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,物流相關(guān)專業(yè),或扎實的供應(yīng)鏈規(guī)劃工作經(jīng)驗,性格自信外向。
Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, or solid working experience in supply chain planning(critical); Confident and outgoing personality.
3. 掌握客戶需求與原材料之間的邏輯關(guān)系,具備CRD修正能力。
Master the logic between the customer demand and raw materials, and have the ability of correction CRD.
4. 對外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)有一定的了解。
Knowledge about foreign trade.
5. 英語聽、說、讀、寫流利。
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
6. 良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力,熟悉SAP或ERP系統(tǒng),具有數(shù)字化意識,如Tableau, VBA, Python等,能夠運用數(shù)字化工具解決工作問題。
Good learning ability, familiar with SAP or ERP system, have digitization sense, Tableau, VBA, Python, etc., be able to solve work problems by digitization tools.
